Consulting
Consulting for teams is done with management and executive team members. It is an intensive coaching opportunity for us to understand your team more and identify goals, barriers, and pathways through. Consulting is done one-on-one as well as in small groups within the team. When partnering in this way, you can expect to take a deep dive together into what is working well and areas of improvement. All consultation is confidential.
seminars
Two to three day seminars are built for management teams and non-profit boards to learn foundational tools for team-work and address areas of improvement within the system. It is a strong initial step to find common language, goals within the entity, and introduce key elements. Teams may work with other teams from different private and public sectors. This provides a rich environment for learning. In this interactive workshop, team members will work together, individually, and when appropriate, with other teams.

Speaking engagements can be scheduled on a client by client basis. Frequently requested topics are: Team Building, Personality Types, Efficiency in the Workplace, Collaboration, and Conflict Resolution.
